1. Application Description
NAF Publisher is a private software tool used by the project owner to automate publishing of the owner's own fashion, sneaker, and culture editorial content.
The application may connect to official APIs from TikTok, YouTube, Meta*, and VK where such integrations are supported and authorized.
2. Private Use Only
NAF Publisher is used only by the owner of the News All Fashion project.
The application is not sold, rented, sublicensed, distributed, transferred, or provided to third parties. No third-party users are allowed to register, log in, upload content, schedule posts, publish content, or otherwise access the application.
3. Official API Integrations
NAF Publisher may use the following official platform APIs:
The application does not use unofficial automation, browser control, cookies, scraping-based posting, Playwright, Selenium, mobile app emulation, or unauthorized private APIs for publishing.
4. Content Ownership and Responsibility
The project owner is responsible for ensuring that all content published through NAF Publisher is owned by the project owner, licensed to the project owner, or otherwise lawfully permitted for publication.
NAF Publisher does not grant rights to third-party content and does not automatically verify copyright ownership, trademark rights, or licensing status.
5. OAuth Authorization
NAF Publisher may require OAuth authorization for the project owner's own TikTok, YouTube, Meta*, or VK accounts.
OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are used only to authenticate official API requests required to publish the owner's own content or check publishing status.
Tokens are stored locally on the owner's computer or private server environment and are not shared with third parties.
6. No Third-Party Access
NAF Publisher does not provide account access, publishing access, dashboards, analytics, scheduling tools, or content management features to customers, subscribers, followers, advertisers, agencies, contractors, or any other third parties.
7. No Personal Data Collection
NAF Publisher does not collect personal data from viewers, followers, subscribers, commenters, or other platform users.
The application may store local operational data such as publishing status, post IDs, video IDs, timestamps, file paths, and error logs for the project owner's internal records.
8. Platform Compliance
The project owner agrees to use NAF Publisher in compliance with applicable developer policies, API terms, content policies, community guidelines, and platform requirements of TikTok, Google/YouTube, Meta*, and VK.
If a platform changes, restricts, suspends, or disables API access, NAF Publisher may stop functioning for that platform.
9. Prohibited Use
NAF Publisher must not be used for:
- publishing unlawful, misleading, harmful, infringing, or abusive content;
- spam, mass abuse, platform manipulation, or deceptive automation;
- collecting or processing personal data from platform users;
- granting unauthorized publishing access to third parties;
- circumventing platform restrictions, review requirements, or API policies;
- using unofficial APIs, cookies, browser automation, scraping, or app emulation for posting.
10. Availability
NAF Publisher is provided as an internal tool without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. API functionality depends on third-party platform availability, permissions, rate limits, and policy requirements.
11. Limitation of Liability
NAF Publisher is an internal automation tool. The project owner remains fully responsible for all content published through connected accounts and for compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated if the application changes, if supported APIs change, or if platform policy requirements are updated.
