1. Application Purpose
NAF Publisher is a private internal publishing tool used only by the owner of the News All Fashion project. It helps automate publishing of the project owner's own editorial content to supported social and video platforms.
The application is not sold, distributed, licensed, rented, or made available to third parties. No external users can register, log in, publish content, or access the application.
2. Official APIs Used
NAF Publisher may use official APIs provided by the following platforms:
These APIs are used only to authenticate the owner's accounts and publish content created, controlled, or lawfully managed by the project owner.
3. Personal Data Collection
NAF Publisher does not collect, request, store, sell, share, or process personal data from viewers, followers, subscribers, commenters, or any other third-party users.
The application does not collect profile data, contact lists, comments, messages, analytics, behavioral data, advertising identifiers, or audience information from platform users.
4. OAuth Tokens and Credentials
NAF Publisher may store OAuth access tokens or refresh tokens for the project owner's own connected accounts. These tokens are used only to authenticate official API requests for publishing the owner's own content.
OAuth tokens are stored locally on the owner's computer or private server environment. They are not sold, shared, transferred, or exposed to third parties.
5. API Permissions
Any permissions requested from TikTok, Google, YouTube, Meta*, or VK are used only for the specific purpose of publishing the project owner's own content through official APIs.
NAF Publisher does not use granted permissions to access, collect, analyze, or export third-party user data.
6. Data Sharing
NAF Publisher does not share personal data with third parties because it does not collect personal data from third-party users.
API requests are sent only to the official endpoints of TikTok, Google/YouTube, Meta*, and VK as required for authentication, token refresh, publishing, and publication status checks.
7. Local Operational Records
The application may store local operational records such as post IDs, video IDs, publishing status, timestamps, file paths, and error messages. These records are used only by the project owner to monitor publishing workflows.
OAuth tokens remain stored locally until manually removed by the project owner or revoked through the relevant platform account settings.
8. Security
The project owner is responsible for keeping local configuration files, API credentials, OAuth tokens, and refresh tokens secure.
Credentials should not be committed to public repositories, shared with third parties, included in public logs, or exposed in screenshots.
9. Compliance
NAF Publisher is designed to use official APIs and to operate consistently with TikTok Developers requirements, Google OAuth and YouTube Data API policies, Meta* Platform policies, and VK API rules where applicable.
10. User Data Requests
Since NAF Publisher does not collect personal data from third-party users, there is no third-party user data to access, export, correct, or delete.
The project owner may delete local credentials, tokens, logs, and publishing records from the local environment at any time.
